Here is Lauren's Happy Thanksgiving pumpkin outfit. I just love having a girl to dress up! You can't tell, but her socks have pumpkins on them too.

So after our morning naps, I fixed a couple of sandwiches, we all got bundled up, made a thermos of hot chocolate, and headed to the park. It was a very cold 44 degrees today! Finally some cold weather in November in Texas!
Observe Lauren the snow bunny. She's only a month old, so I wanted to make sure she wouldn't so much as feel a slight breeze on our cold weather adventure!

Daddy and Noah. Otherwise known as the two men in my life.
Mommy and Noah.
When we got back from the park, Noah took a second nap while Greg and I got to sit down in peace and watch the Cowboys beat the Jets whilst sitting in front of the fireplace and eating one of the best cold-day meals around: Chili and beer. Added bonus that I served it in sourdough breadbowls I had picked up from Panera Bread Co.!
Hope your day was this good and that you found much to thank the Lord for. I'm personally thankful that we still get to look forward to all that food tomorrow...

What a fun day! Love baby Lauren's pumpkin outfit. Girls are so much fun to dress up! Richard and I go to my parents house for Thanksgiving with all the traditional foods, but our own tradition is to stop at our favorite pizza place for a slice of pie before heading home. Silly...but very fun! Glad you all had a great relaxing...cold..and fun day!
Those are the best days....I found a link to your blog over at Chichimama's, my baby is having an extra long nap, so I'm ignoring my housework and surfing! Congratulations on your gorgeous new baby girl.
Ummmmm...so Lauren is stinkin' adorable in her little pink outfit. I could die, I want to squeeze her right now.
Also, that looks like the best lunch ever. I want that right now as well. yum.
Happy Thanksgiving! What a beautiful family you have! :)
Sounds like my favorite kind of day ever!
Who gave her that adorable pink snuggly, hmm? What about those great brown cords? Someone must have some fabulous taste.
I'm personally thankful I only have to wait one week to see her (and Noah, and you guys) again!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. We spend Friday doing much of the same thing. Bundling up kids and being outside with the family. Only our day was a brisk 25 degrees! But chili always warms you up.
It sounds like a great Thanksgiving day to me, as long as you get the turkey still!! LOL
Don't you just love Panera for the bread bowls...yummy!!
